Neil Anderson joined the St. Andrew’s faculty in 2016. Neil has a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Maine, an M.A. in Spanish from Middlebury College, and a Ph.D. in Romance Languages from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He is particularly interested in the language and culture of Galicia, a region in northwestern Spain, and has published translations of Galician poetry in magazines in the U.S. and abroad. In his spare time, Neil enjoys biking, playing guitar, and spending time with his son, Karl (’27), and his wife, Louise.
