The 4th annual Savannah and Low Country Private School College Fair is set for Thursday, September 19 at Savannah State University. More than 115 college admission reps will be in attendance, representing schools from local, national, and international locations. The event, created by the college counselors at St. Andrew’s School and Savannah Country Day School, hosts Juniors and Seniors from all area private schools.
Building on the success of the event, the Georgia Education Articulation Committee (GEAC) has scheduled the annual Probe College Fair to occur on Wednesday, September 18 also at Savannah State University. The Probe College Fair is free and open to the public from 6 – 8 p.m.
“Our event has been so successful for private school students and the Probe fair is hoping to build on this success by recruiting these same colleges to participate in their event for public school students,” said Wendy Sutton, St. Andrew’s College Counselor. “It’s a winning combination for all involved, allowing more students the opportunity to meet with colleges from around the globe.”
