Stacey Young-Caudell holds a B.A. in English and a M.Ed. in Education from Indiana University, where she served as captain and later graduate assistant coach of the Division I women’s rowing team. A native of southern Indiana, she moved to Savannah in 2010 and started her St. Andrew’s journey working with the aftercare program and as a substitute teacher. She went on to teach third grade for several years before settling into her current role as the 5th and 6th grade English teacher. She loves to read and write and enjoys cultivating her students’ passion in these areas. Stacey loves to run and participates in many area races. She enjoys sharing this love of running as a coach for the St. Andrew’s Girls on the Run program. Outside of school, she is involved in the Coffee Bluff Marine Rescue Squadron Ladies Auxiliary and loves spending time on her boat and exploring the area’s waterways.
