Anne Weisel is excited to join the St. Andrew’s community and to share her eclectic educational background. Leaving Connecticut to pursue a Masters Degree in Counseling as a complement to her degrees in Human Development and Early Childhood Education, Anne found the warmth of Savannah refreshing both in temperature and in spirit – and she’s been here ever since! Anne brings with her experiences from a range of educational settings, most notably a Gates Foundation start-up school, a district leadership position supervising the School Counseling programs for all 55 schools within SCCPSS, and most recently as Assistant Head of School for a neighboring independent school. Anne is married to Rob Weisel, a coordinator in the Advisement department at the Savannah College of Art and Design and staff coach with Savannah United. They have two children, Benjamin and Grace.
